Dark roast coffee has long been popular in coffee shops and homes. However, there are many people who dislike dark roast coffee due to its unique smoky flavor and bitterness. We blend and roast only specialty coffee in a special blend to create a coffee that is easy to drink and will satisfy even dark roast lovers, without losing the coffee-like flavor that dark roast coffee possesses.

[BACK TO BACK] literally means "continuous, back to back."

It also refers to a playing style in which two or more DJs take turns playing.

When there are two or more DJs, a good groove cannot be created unless there is mutual trust.

Even when blending coffee, no matter how good the beans are, if there is no cohesiveness, it will not be coffee that makes you think, "I want to drink it again tomorrow."

We named it BACK 2 BACK because we wanted to create a blend that would bring out the best in each of the specialty coffees we source from around the world.

Even though light roast specialty coffee has become mainstream, dark roast coffee remains popular among people of all ages and genders. Please try our "back-to-back" coffee that transcends generations and countries.

In addition to using them for drip coffee in our stores, we also use them for espresso ristrettos. If you have a moka pot or home espresso machine at home, you can also enjoy them as espresso.
