How to brew delicious coffee

・OUR COFFEE RECIPE ・

▢1 serving of drip coffee (approx. 200ml)

・Your favorite coffee: 14g

Grind size: Medium, slightly fine (EK43 7.5 scale)

・We recommend a water temperature of 83 to 88°C!

・Dripper: CAFEC Flower Dripper Cup 1

Paper filter: CAFEC Conical Dripper Paper Filter for Cup 1 [White]

▢ POINT

Pour 230ml of hot water into the pot in four separate batches.

【procedure】

① Place the filter and coffee powder in the dripper

② First water (steaming): 30ml (30 / 230 ml)

Pour hot water slowly, starting from the center of the dripper and working your way up to the entire surface. It's more like "putting" the water in than "pouring."

③Second bath: 90ml (120 / 230 ml)

Slowly pour hot water into the center only.

④Third bath: 60ml (180 / 230 ml)

Just like the second pour, slowly pour hot water into the center only.

⑤Fourth bath: 50ml (total 230ml)

At the end, pour in a little more water quickly and carefully to avoid any unpleasant flavors.

Once the hot water has drained out, it's done.

Try changing the amount of beans, water temperature, grind size, etc. to find the flavor you like.
