This specialty coffee features a nutty, bitter chocolate-like flavor unique to Brazil, elegant acidity and floral aroma, a mellow mouthfeel, and a deep body. Its bitterness, yet soft texture that evokes a natural process, makes it a great choice for those trying specialty coffee for the first time.
Origin of the name
Brazil Chocolati is a collective term for coffee beans produced not by a specific farm, but by multiple individual farmers. Coffee cherries are collected at stations in several regions, refined, sorted, and then shipped.
When talking about coffee, Brazil has always been the first country that comes to mind. Many people are probably familiar with "Brazil Santos." Even today, Brazil is the world's largest producer and consumer of coffee beans. It is said that there are approximately 390,000 coffee plantations. There are six major coffee-producing regions, and even within Brazil, the quality of the coffee varies.
The simple and straightforward flavor of Brazilian coffee even gives it a sense of security.
While maintaining a clear taste, you can also enjoy the sweetness and full body of Brazilian coffee, which has a distinct cocoa flavor.
We recommend pairing it with chocolate and nuts.
