El Diviso’s fermentation techniques do more than create intense flavor: they also draw out the delicacy and smooth texture inherent in Typica Mejorado.

ROASTING

We roast this coffee lightly to preserve its floral fruit character and soft sweetness without allowing fermentation-derived flavors to dominate.

Fruit, acidity, sweetness, and a smooth texture overlap in the cup, while everything resolves into a clean finish.
